in the Village of Rincon de Guayabitos.
The property was meticulously designed with exacting standards which included the dream of someday being able to offer something new and fresh to our Guests. It is a pleasure to present what we now have to offer for your vacation at Villa Bella Vista del Mar.
Within this lovely expansive home: There are three suits on the main floor, one suite on the first floor. Two Luxury Penthouse Suites on the top floor, plus an additional Private Guest Bedroom if needed.
Each of the suites are uniquely designed and decorated to give our guests as close to the comforts of home possible in a different country and culture to assure a fond stay.
Awake to the fragrance of tropical flowers and a glorious Mexican Sunrise over the Sierra Madre Mountains. Enjoy the Spectacular view of the enchanting bay, ending your day with the enchanting Mexican Sunset. The Clear and bright Starlit sky enriching your stay to all it can be and a memorable one.
Stroll along the 3 km Beach. Cook in your well appointed kitchen or take a short walk or taxi ride into Rincon de Guayabitos or La Penita for an inexpensive but delicious meal. Fly in to Puerto Vallarta and make you way
up the coast to Rincon de Guayabitos (approximately one hour by car.

The Magnolia Suite
The Magnolia Suite is Charming suite. A light touch of Mexico and Mediterranean greet you as you enter. This suite has a lovely living room and a well appointed kitchen and a cozy dining nook, a second door offers easy access to the patio with a second table by the the enchanting pool. The Queen size bed and large closet and storage spaces will coach you to bring all you wish you had brought, on your long term vacation. Rest assured with the knowledge that we offer all our long term Return Guests, a free storage space. You will want to return to The Magnolia Suite because it brings you back to what really counts, the wonderful realization that you have found your home in paradise.

The Gardenia Suite

The Orchid Suite
Charming and lovely! The Orchid Suite has two Queen beds in separate areas. A large Shower and two vanities in separate locations. As all our suites, a fully equipped kitchen, expansive patio. In comfortable seating, lounge and surround yourself with tropical flowers in many colours, bananas plants with fruit in season. Enjoy the view of our Tropical beachfront. Whatever is your pleasure, Reading-Writing-Painting- etc. whatever your hobby for your long term stay, The Orchid Suite is indeed a wonderful comfort zone.

The Jasmine Suite with its magnificent view of Ave. Flamingos, Beach, Ocean, Islands and Mountains. Enjoying an early morning Sunrise Coffee or Tea on the street side veranda. I was very fortunate to stay at this property, in the penthouse suite, for six weeks this winter. To start with, in my opinion, the location could not be better. It is right on the ocean and this part of the beach is quiet and peaceful. The property also has a private roped off area right on the beach. The building itself is gorgeous. There are murals and stained glass features around every corner and the whole decor is very tasteful. The penthouse has a huge private deck that was the perfect spot to watch the gorgeous Guyabitos sunset. Inside the suite there are more artistic touches but absolutely the most amazing feature is the hand painted mural in the cupola above the comfortable king size bed. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves while gazing at an incredible work of art every night . I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this property and most especially enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts. I look forward to seeing them both and enjoying their hospitality again in the future!
Last Monday I found myself in front of Villa Bella Vista del Mar inquiering of a room.I was exhausted and distressed of an error i had made in choocing lodging on line which turned out to be unacceptable...on every level. To my great releaf the owners of Villa Bella Vista del Mar advised me that there was a last minute vacancy. The Sunset Penthouse was available and I could have it. I was thrilled beyond measure.Everything about Villa Bella Vista del Mar is as discribed only better the owners are the heart of the home and they have created an enviroment that speeks peace and tranquility. They take pride in ownership and make sure that their guests have exatly what they need to have a memorable vacation. It is no wonder that people reserve well in advance of their dates to stay here.
I highly reccomend booking a stay here. You will be glad you did!

Charming Villa Bella Vista del Mar. We stayed at Villa Bella Vista del mar for the month of February. If you want beautiful views, sounds of birds and gentle ocean waves, gorgious sunsets this is the place to be.
It is well cared for, clean and have great access to the lovely Guayabitos beach.

Lovely Stay! Highly recomended! If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, this beautiful beachfront Villa is the place. We stayed in The Sunset Penthouse and loved everything about it. The painted murals - the oversized patio overlooking the private and (puplic) beach, the secure parking and the many places to lounge out and relax.The beach is very erlaxed so it's great for cooling off and splashing arround. The hosts are lovely and accomedating, too. We hope to return one day.
